The goal of this project was to create a logo that reflected the firm’s professionalism, industry expertise, and growth-oriented approach while maintaining a visual connection to both cannabis and human resources.

Design Process

1. Research & Concept Development

  • Conducted a discovery session with the client to understand their brand values, mission, and target audience.
  • Explored visual themes that combined HR consultancy professionalism with subtle cannabis references.
  • Sketched multiple logo concepts focusing on themes of growth, connection, and industry expertise.

2. Logo Design & Refinement

  • Created an emblem that subtly incorporated cannabis-inspired elements without being overtly industry-specific.
  • Chose a clean, modern typeface to balance approachability with corporate professionalism.
  • Used a nature-inspired color palette to reinforce themes of growth, stability, and sustainability.
  • Iterated on designs based on client feedback, refining details for clarity and impact.

3. Finalization & Brand Application

  • Delivered the final logo in multiple formats for web, print, and merchandise applications.
  • Provided branding guidelines for color usage, typography, and logo placement.
  • Ensured scalability and adaptability across business cards, marketing materials, and digital assets.
